From April 24 to 26, 2026, the city of Lugano pulsed to the rhythm of the ninth edition of “Bike Emotions Lugano,” an event that has become a must-attend for all enthusiasts of mountain biking, BMX, and extreme sports. Under brilliant sunshine and in an exceptional summer atmosphere, the event drew a particularly large crowd.
A spectacular MTB show in the heart of the city
At the core of this 2026 edition, the company X-Sports Shows once again made a strong impression by staging spectacular MTB and BMX performances throughout the city.
The team notably unveiled, as an exclusive, its brand-new concept: Starfire, an innovative and immersive freestyle MTB show. Conceived and developed by Yohan Triboulat, this performance is built around unique infrastructures designed to push the limits of MTB trial and deliver an extraordinary visual experience. Technical jumps, precise balance moves, and spectacular tricks captivated audiences at every show.
Outstanding athletes for an unforgettable MTB performance
Enhancing this professional MTB show was a prestigious guest of honor: Marc Vinco. With an impressive track record—eight-time MTB Trial World Champion and thirteen-time French Champion—he brought his expertise and charisma to this major event.
Alongside Yohan Triboulat, the riders delivered no fewer than eight grand performances, combining freestyle MTB, trial shows, technical precision, and dynamic staging. Their chemistry and experience played a key role in the success of these spectacular demonstrations.
The atmosphere was also driven by Tom Amy, who, on the microphone, energized the show area with his contagious enthusiasm. A true pillar of such events, he set the pace for each performance and heightened the audience’s immersion.
